SHIPPING & RETURNS

RETURN POLICY

kalihi® accepts returns of any unworn, unwashed, or defective item, with original tags still attached, for up to 10 calendar days from the time the order leaves our warehouse, unless an item is marked as “final sale.”

You may request a return authorization by contacting us at [email protected] We will send you a return shipping label with a return authorization number.

After you have received a return shipping label with a return authorization number from our customer service department, attach the label to the box, and drop your package off at any USPS location, (if you have any questions, please feel free to email us at [email protected].

Packages without our return shipping label and return authorization number will be bounced back to the sender. Unauthorized returns shipped to us a second time will be held by kalihi®, and will not be credited to your account.

Return shipping is a $8.00 flat rate, which will be deducted from the amount returned to your credit card. Funds can only be returned to the card used for the original purchase.

Refunds will be processed within approximately 7 business days after receiving your return. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

 

CAN I RETURN AN ITEM PURCHASED ONLINE TO ONE OF YOUR RETAIL STORES?

Yes, you may bring your online purchase to the store for a return only if eligible for return (see RETURN POLICY above).

 

kalihi® offers $8 flat rate, standard shipping for all orders.


Expedited shipping is available: $27 flat rate for 2 Day shipping.

Your order will be shipped via USPS. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been shipped that will include tracking information.

Most orders placed before 12:00 PM PST will be processed and shipped out on the same business day, however, some orders may take 1-2 business days to process.

kalihi® only ships to the 48 contiguous states. Unfortunately, we cannot ship to military bases, or PO boxes.
